BOOKING
Hotel reservations made through our website are processed via our embedded booking engine, powered by Mews. By completing a reservation, you agree to the rates, dates, and policies presented at the time of booking.
All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit or debit card is required to complete a booking. Your payment details are processed securely through Mews; Stones Throw does not independently store your full card information.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
Cancellation and modification policies vary by rate type and are displayed clearly on our website on our Hotel Policies page. Please review the policy applicable to your selected rate before confirming your reservation.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Standard check-in and check-out time can be found on our Hotel Policies page. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us directly to discuss accommodations.
GUEST CONDUCT
Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests at all times. Stones Throw reserves the right to remove any guest whose conduct is disruptive, illegal, or in violation of our house policies, without refund. Maine law prohibits smoking in all enclosed areas of lodging establishments. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee may be applied for violations.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable state and local taxes, including Maine's 9% lodging tax. Prices are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed. We use a dynamic pricing system, which changes the price multiple times a day.
Payment processing is facilitated through Mews via our website. By entering your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amounts, including any fees arising from cancellations or damages as outlined in your booking.
THIRD PARTIES
If you have made your reservation through third party websites, they must be modified or canceled using that third party website.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (including Mews, online review platforms, or social media). These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party sites, and linking does not imply endorsement.
