contactless check-in

-stones throw office is closed to all but crew members at this time. we're still here if you need us! please contact us via phone, text, or email if you need anything.

-lockboxes have been installed outside every room. your room key will be located inside the lockbox & your unique lockbox code and instructions on how to get to your room will be provided to you in the form of a text message (if opted in) shortly before your check-in. simply type the code in & when the box turns green, pull down on both sides of the box to retrieve your key.

-additional information & parking pass will be provided to you inside your room. please let us know when you have arrived & all vehicle information so that we may get you checked in. *to ensure your safety, all lockbox codes are changed between reservations.

please be sure you have provided us with a cell-phone number to best reach you at during your stay.

 

about 3 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a text-message from stones throw and the viewpoint hotels asking you to opt-in to text messages.

 

once you opt-in, you will be able to communicate with us prior to & during your stay. this will also be how we will provide you with you unique lockbox code to retrieve your room key & instructions on how to get to your room on the day of your arrival. Don't worry, we promise we don't spam you with any marketing!

-upstairs & downstairs decks at beach club building are utilized for restaurant use

our crew

our crew has been trained on the latest sanitizing & disinfecting procedures, and is using approved antiviral cleaners. 

housekeeping

-there will be no in-room housekeeping until further notice. are you BIG coffee drinker? make sure you tell us! dry skin? we'll get you extra lotion! we are happy to bring you a customized bag of any necessities you may need more of during your stay with us, just let us know!

 

-You may leave any rubbish or dirty towels outside your room. please let us know & we will exchange them for you! 

-upon check-out, all rooms are opened and aired out for at least one hour prior to our team beginning the cleaning & sanitizing process. we sanitize all frequent-touch areas constantly.

room balances

any room balances will be charged to the card on file upon check-in. if you wish to use a different credit card or a gift certificate for any remaining balance, please let us know prior to check-in. Guests who have not contacted the office prior to 9pm will be automatically checked in and any balance charged to the card on file.

 

We are continuing to recommend contactless methods of payment when possible.
